Administrative Building Code (ABC) software helps automate and manage municipal and county Building and Zoning ordinance violations. This software can be used to record and track code violations through to a final resolution. A list of common code violations include:

 MSI’s Building Code software manages the progress of every citation in your database. Flexible parameters
enable the software to automatically create warning letters, schedule hearings, generate summons and
subpoenas, hearing dockets through to a finding, decision and order. All citations are tracked from initial entry to
the final outcome.
Once a citation has gone through the hearing process and remains unpaid, our Building Code software creates a
lien file, and all associated paperwork or a collection file. The collection file can be electronically transferred to our preferred collection agency, Municipal Collection Services, Inc. (MCSI). Click here for more information.
 ABC helps a municipality or county maintain violation, property, owner, landlord and inspector information. This
information can be used to more accurately manage the hearing process and expedite resolution. Reporting
options include Owner, Location, Re‐inspection, Disposition and Cash Receipts Reports. Reports are available, in
an easily customizable format that can be printed or exported to desktop tools, like Excel.
