Alarm Information Management (AIM) was specifically designed to manage alarm registration and invoicing of security alarm systems. Its versatile design lets you tailor the software to fit your municipality’s specific needs. AIM automates the billing process by providing a simple method to track and bill alarm permits as well as alarm incidents. Its purpose is to assist in all aspects of alarm maintenance.
The AIM system allows your municipality to:
- Manage and track Alarm Registrations
- Track the number of alarm incidents per customer
- Send invoice notification for permits and false alarms
- Maintain a monitoring company and resident database
- Versatile control of alarm fees
- Identify, track, and bill for excessive false alarms
Alarm Information Management can be configured to match your municipal ordinance for the number of false alarms allowed during a specified period. Exceeding the allowable number of incidents will trigger invoices to be created for the resident or business owner. Invoices for subsequent occurrences will be increased based on your system set-up.
AIM allows you to create, maintain and set security for your users and generate user activity reports. It will also enable you to obtain system reports such as Payment Reports, Alarm Summaries, Incident Reports, and more. Reports are available, in any easily customizable format, enabling you to obtain valuable information, displayed in the order you choose.
