Lake Forest held their first administrative adjudication hearing for Parking and Compliance tickets in January 2009. After just a few months the Records Department noticed that a greater number of tickets were being paid up front.
In order to gain better control of compliance and increases revenue, Lake Forest decided to implement an administrative adjudication process. They evaluated multiple solutions and selected Municipal Systems, Inc as their preferred vendor. Michele Kousins, of the Lake Forest Police Department was instrumental in evaluating the various solutions and in implementing the software. With a background in project management Michele was extremely satisfied throughout the entire process.

We have been up and running on their Web based Parking and Compliance system for 5-6 months and are in the early stages of using the Building Code enforcement system. We hope to implement the Local Ordinance enforcement system by the end of the year.”
