Municipal Systems Inc. offers innovative, cost effective mobile solutions to issue electronic tickets in the field. Eliminate data entry, along with erroneous, illegible tickets with electronic issuance and printing systems. Our mobile solutions create accurate, legible tickets that help increase collections, and save time on the street and in the office. MSI’s mobile solutions are seamlessly integrated with our applications to upload tickets. In addition, images of a violation may be captured live from the field and uploaded to your database.
 The various mobile solutions available are:
Hand-held computers: these devices provide the ability to issue electronic tickets and record digital pictures. Our handheld equipment is manufactured to rigorous military standards to withstand the elements an officer or inspector may encounter while in the field.
Laptop computers: our application can be installed on existing in-squad laptops, reducing equipment cost while providing similar features as the hand-held device. When using a hand-held or laptop device, a copy of the violation is issued using a portable lightweight printer.
Digital Pens: officers can hand write tickets, using an MSI supplied pen that stores the violation information. This information is electronically transmitted to the back-end system. This allows an efficient way of issuing a violation in the field, using the traditional hand-written method while minimizing data entry efforts.
