 MSI’s Parking and Compliance ticket software (MOS) is a complete tracking system that can be tailored to help manage your parking enforcement requirements. Citations can be entered in the software using a variety of methods: manual data entry, in-squad laptops, handheld devices or digital pens. Tickets can be generated automatically in the field when using portable devices.
 Municipal Offense System manages the progress of every parking and compliance ticket entered in your database. When using the hearing functionality, flexible parameters will automatically schedule hearings, create hearing notices, and final determination letters. Subjects arriving at a hearing can be checked in using an electronic court docket and the disposition of a citation can be updated upon the conclusion of each case.
All citations are tracked from initial entry through to the final outcome, advancing the associated fines and penalties for violators that do not respond in accordance with your municipal ordinance. Our on-line payment option makes it easy and convenient for violators to pay via the web using a credit card.
After violations have completed your predefined process and remain unpaid, a collection file is created and available for electronic transfer to our preferred collection agency, Municipal Collection Services, Inc. (MCSI). Click here for more information.
 Security options allow an administrator to create, maintain and set access for each user. Municipal Offense System comes standard with a variety of system reports such as, User Activity, Payment Transactions (Detail & Summary), Hearing Results, Officer and Violation details, and more. All reports are available in an easily customizable format that will enable you to obtain the valuable information to manage your administrative process.
